Speed & Playmaker Academy sessions and Elite small-group training with professional QB Dalton Cole and staff — every session books online in minutes.
Speed & agility
For football athletes who want to become faster, more explosive, and more impactful on game day — training the skills that create game-changing players and applying them in real competitive situations.
Athletes will train speed, acceleration, change of direction, reaction time, and football-specific movement. Unlike traditional speed camps, our focus extends beyond running fast: players develop the tools needed to make plays when the ball is in the air, create separation as a receiver, close space as a defensive back, and compete with confidence in game-like environments.
Training includes position-specific drills, route running instruction, defensive back techniques, ball-tracking exercises, competitive one-on-one sessions, and performance-based work designed to translate directly to Friday night lights. Whether you're a quarterback, receiver, defensive back, running back, or multi-position athlete, this camp is built to help you move faster, compete harder, and become the player who changes the outcome of the game.
Our mission is simple: develop explosive athletes, confident competitors, and playmakers who stand out when the game matters most.
Small group · maximum 3 athletes
Small group. Maximum touches. Individual attention. A full hour of high-level training with Dalton Cole in an exclusive small-group setting limited to just 3 players.
With only three athletes per session, Dalton can tailor the training around each player's position, goals, and areas for development while still incorporating competitive, game-like exercises that you simply can't replicate in a one-on-one session. Players can work on technical skills, first touch, finishing, passing, defending, movement, decision-making, position-specific training, and more.
Only 3 spots available per session. One coach. One hour. Maximum development.

Girls · Ages 6–11 · Grades 1–5
Kicks off Saturday, October 3 — a couple of weeks into the school year, so families are settled before the first flag is pulled.
Boys · Ages 6–11 · Grades 1–5
Bend FC's first-ever boys flag football program — kicks off Friday, October 30, perfectly timed for players wrapping up fall sports.
Both divisions return after the holidays — a new session for girls and boys begins January 9, with earlier Saturday start times. Details will be posted here; join the interest list and we'll email them to you first.

Bend FC Flag Football is led by a full-time Director of Coaching who brings college and professional football experience to Central Oregon youth sports — and who is on the field coaching, not just behind a desk.

Director of Coaching · Professional Quarterback
A professional quarterback, business leader, and entrepreneur, Dalton leads every coaching program in the club — the Elite 7v7 teams, the recreational league staff, and the year-round camps. His career has been defined by leadership, resilience, and a relentless commitment to growth.
Dalton has spent years competing at a high level as a quarterback — a position that demands strategic thinking, composure under pressure, and the ability to inspire and lead others in critical moments. The lessons learned on the field have become the foundation of his approach to business, leadership, and organizational development.
Dalton has built a reputation for developing teams, improving operations, and helping organizations create cultures centered on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. What separates him is his belief that leadership is earned through action: whether in the locker room, the boardroom, or the community, he approaches every opportunity with a competitive mindset, a servant-leader mentality, and a commitment to helping others reach their potential.
While actively advancing his professional football career, Dalton pursues ventures that bridge the worlds of business and sports. His mission is simple: build winning cultures, develop exceptional people, and leave every organization stronger than he found it.
Most youth programs run on volunteers alone. At Bend FC, the director who designs the program is the same person coaching your player on Wednesday afternoon — every recreational team, every Elite practice, every camp. That means professional instruction, consistent standards, and a genuine development path from a player's first flag pull to elite tournament competition.
The Club
Bend FC has served Central Oregon families for three decades. Flag football extends that same club — same fields, same registration, same community.
Flag football delivers the speed and strategy of the game without the contact — the reason it's the fastest-growing youth sport in America.
Affordable pricing, consistent scheduling, and professional communication. We build the calendar around busy families, not against them.

Questions
Flag football is the non-contact version of the game: instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag from the ball-carrier's belt. Players get all the speed, strategy, and fun of football with far less contact — it's the fastest-growing youth team sport in the U.S. and makes its Olympic debut at the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
Youth divisions cover 5th grade & under and 6th grade through high school, in both the recreational league and camps. The Elite 7v7 travel program is for competitive youth players.
We're finalizing the updated practice schedule now — days, times, and locations for every program will be posted here soon. Pre-register or join the interest list and we'll email you the schedule the moment it's set.
Flag football is built to fit alongside soccer and other sports, not compete with them. As we finalize the new schedule, avoiding conflicts with soccer practices and other youth sports is a top priority — and existing Bend FC members save 10% on league registration. Have a specific conflict? Reach out — we'll do our best to make both work.
Each season is a multi-week schedule of practices and officiated games, finishing with a championship. We're finalizing the updated season calendar now — exact lengths and dates will be posted here soon.
The girls and boys fall seasons are $150 for the six-week season. Elite 7v7 pricing will be announced with its schedule. Two league discounts are already locked in: a year membership saves 10%, and existing Bend FC members save 10% (one discount applies at a time). Camps and training sessions are bookable now: Speed & Playmaker Academy sessions are $35 per one-hour session, Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 3:30 PM; families get 10% off for each additional family member, and kids in our leagues or Bend FC soccer get $10 off camps.
It's open! The girls fall season (starts October 3) and boys fall season (starts October 30) are registering now — head to the Seasons section for schedules and registration links. Elite 7v7 registration opens later; pre-register and we'll email you the moment it does. Personal training is bookable right now.
League registration details are coming soon for all three programs — recreational league, Elite 7v7, and camps. Speed & Playmaker Academy sessions are open for booking right now.
